Well I started walking, doing exercises on my stability ball, and resistance training and do those 5 days a week, and just making more of an effort to be more active. I also watched what I ate, and cut back on my carbs and sweets, because those are triggers for me. I boosted my protein, drank more water instead of soda, or juices filled with sugar. I bought those little juice boxes of minute maid OJ, and limited myself to one a day and then the rest of the day was water....I started taking Digestive Enzymes as well, to help the digestion process at reccommendation of my doctor. And first thing in the morning I drink 2 cups of Green tea decafinated....before I eat or anything....
