After 4 weeks of losing nothing...I finally broke through. I lost another 1 pound this week. I know it's not much but Im happy just the same. Whoo hooo go me!!! : ) Thank you everyone for all your support.

Wooo! Congrats on beating that plateau! And don't call it "not much." It's easy to keep truckin' forward when you see progress, but much more of a challenge to keep at it when the results aren't instant. Savor that victory, girl!

Congratulations! Wheww--those plateaus are like the MOST dangerous time. Everytime I hit one, I just want to chuck the whole diet right out the window and go have some pancakes. It is a major accomplishment getting through the dreaded plateau. You done good!
