good morning gang

my boss just told me that they are delivering a fridge to the office today...finally!! I will be so glad to have a fridge at work again.

This time change still has me draggin! I was hoping to be back on track and up early to exercise this morning but I had to drag myself out of bed when my alarm went off at 6:00 of course, not getting to bed til 11:00 at night does not help with that at all.

The weather is absolutely beautiful down here today and the past couple of days. Cool and dry actually - very very nice for Louisiana.
Wish it could stay this way.

What's everyone doing today? I need to get quarterly tax reports ready for 3 places today. forms forms forms

GM Cathy! You're busy busy as usual! Congrat's on the fridge, I know that makes you alot happier!

I went to the gym this morning. I did my circuit training, 30 min of cardio, ran 3 laps and walked 2, and did 10 laps in the pool. I took all of my vitamins this morning, and I had a healthy breakfast so I feel pretty good right now. I'm making BLT's for dinner (turkey bacon and whole wheat bread) so I know I'll be ok there so calories and fat consumption are looking good for today. Oh and yet once again my trainer was hot today. He had someone else to work with so I was on my own today but he was right across from me sorta keeping his eye on me while working with the other person and he winked at me, and kept smiling at me everytime I looked up. I know I'm a married woman but it gave me little butterflies in my belly. That's not bad is it???? Anyway I hope everyone is good today. I'll BBL.

Good Morning,

Heather, if your trainer gives you butterflies and you enjoy going to the gym just because of that... then by all means, its NOT bad lol. YUM on the blt's, I love, adore turkey bacon. I eat it at least 3 x a week for breakfast. Just a few slices. I nuke it until it really crispy and dry. Most of the fat is gone and soaked in paper towels.

Cathy YEAH of the refrig. About time lol
We're busy too, but today we are bossless whoooooooooot !

Nothing much is new, sosdd. Been eating good but still need to do better.

How about you all ?

Oy vey! Girls, I'm flying around like a fart in a windstorm!

Saturday, we shopped still again for laminated wood flooring after grocery shopping. I also stopped in the fabric store for some flannel for backing on a denim throw-quilt that I want to put in the auction at church this Fall.

Yesterday, we went to church then ran for a Subway sandwich because we had to get back to church. We were showing "The Passion Of Christ". After that, we straightened the area and put away the chairs. Then we drove back to the city to shop for flooring! EVERYTHNG WAS ON SALE! We bought vinyl for the two bathrooms and another style for the office. And we bought 22 cartons of laminated wood flooring plus underlayment and wood for woodwork. The truck was dragging all the way home.

The house s going to be in complete chaos for a few days, but I've lived through worse!

Hi all!

I haven't been doing my healthy eating in the last 3 days...too many social functions. NOt excuses, I know...but now that my mood is better...I'm wanting to go out, get back what I lost in all that time of depression.
All-you-can-eat sushi, 3 days in a row...sigh...

Good to see there isn't any bad news here!
