I'm starting of the week again. I'm happy to report that I'm down 4 pounds! I thought that my weight loss had started to slow as I'd only been losing a pound a week for the last few weeks. I noticed last week that all of a sudden my pants were getting very loose and this morning I was down 4 pounds!
hello everyone, went to the doctor today. lost only 2 lbs. lost 2 1/2
inches..... i hope i will do better next time around. i'm glad everyone is doing good ... i hope to hear from all again.
I'm down 2 more pounds from 195 to 193. Slowly but surely I am getting there. I waivered for a week by going up about 3 pounds, but I got back on track and lost it. I don't want to tip the scales at over 200 pounds again so that is alot of incentive.
I think my biggest challenge is adjusting my calories to continue to lose weight. I can't even eat as much as I used to and still lose. It's hard, but I think I am coming along pretty good. I can't wait to hit the 180's. That will be truely exciting.
Wow-- Down 13 pounds. I knew when I started this that I was puffy and retaining water, but I didn't know I could retain that much! I have no expectation that I'll lose next week (or probably the week after!), but it's great to no longer have such an overstuffed sausage feeling in my hands and feet! I'm weighing in when I get up before I've had anything to eat or drink.
