Glad this week is over .... nothing went as planned. No exercise so far this week, eating out all the time, weight is up 3 lbs. Yuck Yuck Yuck

Had to help out at the business we sold again, they are so lost it is almost funny. We have one more week to help them then they are on their own. Of course if they call with a question we will help them.

Been car shopping, oh what a headache. We did find a nice used one so we are happy and that crazyness is over!! So now we will be retired with ONE car......hummm COULD get really bad - FIGHTS OVER DRIVING THE CAR??

Eating in rest of this week, drinking my water and doing the Sansone walking DVD today and tomorrow. I told my dh I had to get back on track, he agreed to help....NO EATING OUT!!!!

So we are planning a quiet week-end. He plays golf on Sat. a.m. and I have some projects I'm working on then Church on Sun. and straight home!!! No eating out but maybe the beach for an hour or two.

You may have had a bad week Phyllis but it seems to be it hasn't affected your resolve at all. That's the right attitude for a successful weight loss.

I'm glad today is friday, but I wish I could have fast forwarded to next week to a 4 day long weekend. Really looking forward to it. I was off yesterday for volunteer for the school in the morning and had to afternoon to myself. Watched a good movie and felt like friday. So today, is a bit difficult. I hope the day goes by really quickly.

I think this is going to be a quiet weekend. No plans for me and my oldest daughter will be going at a birthday party. Husband is playing a hockey tournament this weekend, so it will be very quiet.

Car shopping IS a headache! It's kind of like - you think it's gonna be so fun, but then really, it turns into too many decisions and you just want to get it over with, I understand!!!

My week was fine until my MOM came down!! Last night, we saw Larry the Cable Guy in concert (FUNNY FUNNY FUNNY) and we came home, and moms busted out Chips Ahoy cookies (OMG) I ate six of them with two glasses of milk right before bed. ...not to mention I made tacos for EVERYONE with fried tortilla shells (oh my)....
THEN she woke up this a.m. and made breakfast that included sausage and fried bannanas (TOTAL comfort food for me!) you know now that I think about it, she probably left those darn cookies in my fridge LOL, I'll have to get hubby to dispose of them, as I cannot be trusted.... what ME, throw cookies in the GARBAGE, no way I don't think that's possible!!! hahaha

Oh well, lots of water for me today and try to get back on schedule!

Hi from Maryland everyone! It rained this morning so we didn't go to downtown DC. We hit a mall and Hecht's was having a big sale. I got 3 summer polo shirts for $2.90 each and 2 pairs of shorts for $9 each. Plus a nice summer pantsuit for $42. I'm going to have more to bring home in my suitcase than I came with!

I'm working tonight -- or I'm sitting around watching the furniture guys replace file cabinets. Exciting stuff!

I've had crab cakes 3 meals in a row now -- yum!
