I was wondering if anyone else out there has a goal for summer weight loss and wants to support each other. I was part of another thread but it fizzled out and I am feeling a bit lost. My goal is to lose 10 lbs by June 1 and 7 more by July 4 for a total of 17 lbs. I will do this by toning, swimming, and eating right.
The 20-somethings board also has 4 accountability boards for tracking weight, exercise, and other goals for each month. It is a very active board over there...you should look into it.
