Default I have to pee, I have to pee!!!

Okay, so this is weird i know, but is anyone else noticing anything like it. This has happened to me twice now. I will go out to excerisize and i can't even make one small lap of a tenth of a mile before i have to go pee again. the last time that happened, i said i had better be peeing out some fat. and lo and behold, i lost 2 pounds. yesterday i had the same experience. i would walk a mile on the treadmill and have to go pee. walk a mile, go pee. drive a mile, stop to pee. by the time i got up this morning...i had dropped about a pound and a half. i love it!! anyone else notice anything about their bodies when they drop a couple pounds???

I do that a lot. It's really annoying, and everyone in my office thinks I'm pregnant! (I'm not!!!)

When I am being careful about my eating and exercise, I drink more, which is what accounts for it in my case. I am really trying to push the fluids these days, as I am waking with headaches, which I am fairly sure are being caused by mild dehydration.

Same thing happens to me I get a half block from my house while on my walk and Im having to turn right back around Think its from the increase in water intake not to mention the bumping around of my bladder. A similar thing used to happen everytime I rode in my sisters car it was such a hunk of junk it would vibrate and the struts were blown and my bladder didnt like that much either... here I am blah blah blah sorry lol

Last week I tried drinking 80oz. of water a day, like I had read on here that I should. It was too much for me. Couldn't stay out of bathroom, and actually gained 2 lbs. for the week. Stuck 100% to my diet and worked out every day. I think maybe I should stick to 64 oz. daily as I was losing a little weight with this.

That happened to me today. I peed all day. But I try to stay off the scale because I don't want to be disappointed. I weight myself once a month, maybe. I hope I am peeing fat away also!

I find I have to really time out the water intake, depending on what I'm going to be doing during the day. I hate hate hate public bathrooms (ewwwww I shudder to think of what some people's home bathrooms must look like!), so I try to avoid them whenever I can. Of course, with a minimum intake of 72oz daily (in addition to my yumyum coffee ), sometimes that's impossible to do.

I read somewhere that exercise does stimulate the urge in some people, so it's entirely possible that's what's going on with you. Puts a whole new spin on the Fat Flush, eh?

There's nothing like going for a long long walk, and suddenly realizing you are two neighborhoods away from your "facilities." Never walked so fast before or since!

I walk about 3.5 miles a day, usually first thing in the morning before breakfast all because I don't want to have to go pee during my walk. If I do eat first, I take a vitamin and whatever concoction of pills I need (glucosamine, bodymint, etc....), with a large 36 oz glass of water. I swear I need to pee about 4x before leaving the house! If I don't, it won't take but 10 minutes into the walk to have to "go" again, then maybe another 10 minutes after that. Glad to know I'm not the only one out there having this problem.

i drink about the same amount of water every day. i just drink when i am thirsty...which is actually quite often. But on occassions, i've noticed i have to pee more on that day than any other. it is weird. and those are the days that the next morning i got up and was 2 pounds lighter. (i'm sorry, but i am a daily weigher...i like to know if i am being good with my sodium or intake)

anyways, i am glad to know i am not the only one either who sometimes when i go out walking, i pee before i go, i pee after i walk and sometimes i have to go in between laps.

There's actually a scientific reason why you might find yourself running to the bathroom a lot right before a big drop on the scale. I picked up this tidbit from a weight loss researcher who runs a lab that monitors people's intake and output.

Your fat cells store fat in a liquid form - it looks a lot like Crisco oil (yuck!) When you create a sufficient calorie deficit so that your body turns to its stored fat for energy, the fat empties out of the cell. BUT ... sometimes the empty fat cells will temporarily fill up with water. The result is that you've lost fat but you can't tell on your scales because you've gained water weight. Then eventually your body will release the water - whoosh! - and the weight loss shows up on the scales. You haven't lose two pounds of FAT overnight, of course - it's two pounds of water.

He says this is often what happens when people think that they've 'plateaued'. They've actually continued to lose fat, but their bodies are holding on to temporary water in the empty fat cells and so their weight isn't changing. If you're patient, eventually you will see the scales reflect the reality of your fat loss.

So don't be discouraged if you're working hard but nothing's changing on the scales! Tell yourself that you're still losing fat and just holding onto some temporary water in those now-empty fat cells. Be patient and don't ever give up!!
