My daughter baked lemon, poppy seed muffins for Donald and me. I took them home & saved them for this morning. I have to deduct 4 points for the day, but I met yesterday's goal & didn't blow my weekly goal.
Today's goal - no eating after dinner.
Week's goal - stay within my WW 24 points every day for the week.
Walking the stairs up and down today since I can't go walking. It will get me moving towards my 10 000 steps a day. Planning on taking more water in as well. That should help me walk some more for a couple of trips down to the washroom! LOL
