Hey, I just joined and I think this community is great.
I'm a 21 y/o college senior, graduating in May.
I'm headed to Africa for the next two years and I want to be in better shape before I leave in October.
My plans include restricting calories to 1500 per day and I have 3 exercise classes twice a week, plus I try walking a mile each day.
I'm 5'0 and my goal weight is 120, which is about right for my height since I'm so short.
Can't wait to meet you all.
