Talking wahoooooo!!!

i have lost my very first pound! lol it seems so small and trivial, but i have been huffing and puffing for 6 long weeks for that pound. well, it was actually more like 2 pounds, since i rounded my weight to 150 for simplicity. but the scale was always at least 151-153 every time i weighed myself. i`m just so relieved that i am actually losing weight finally.

big sigh of relief and accomplishment,
meagan

Lala cheers! What a good feeling.... keep up the good work! It'll get easier... and harder (and easier, and harder....) but it is really worth it.

Yeah! It's a bit like the way people who open their own business frame their first dollar, eh? It proves that it can be done!

*thinks for a moment* Only who'd want to frame fat?

i`m hoping. i just started a protien powder today because i have a sneaking suspicion that my low protien vegetarian diet was what was hindering my weight loss. in the last week, i have worked really hard to increase protien and then yesterday was the very first time i noticed any weight loss. i`m keeping my fingers crossed for next week.

I bet that was it!! It is soo exciting when the first one does come off! Are you also weight training? you may be shrding inches as well. keep going I bet the protien will kick it into gear!! Also do you take a calcium supplement? and a daily vitamin. those could help as well.
