Default Monday WI

Well, I did loose the 2 lbs I was up earlier in the week, which allows me to STS. I'll take that! I have got to come up with new ideas for dinner, I eat out cause I am sick and tired of the same old stuff...My kids say they are going to turn into chickens!! I have it at least 4 times a week if not more. I guess I am in a chicken rut! Anybody have a good ground beef recipe that is OP? I can't wait for the weather to warm up so I can grill a steak once in a while.

Vicki good job losing what you gained.....you didn't just keep on gaining like I did last month. STS is GOOD.

We usually just grill hamburgers out or use the GF grill. I never have a bun with mine but use all the condiments on the side. I would think Chili would be OK, sometimes I make mine with mushrooms instead of beans.....I like that better and it is not overboard on protein. Meatloaf our favorite of course.
Some of the ladies will have some ideas I'm sure.

Hi Vicki,

Congrats on losing the 2 pounds! As for dinner ideas --- did you check out the list of menus on here? Also, you can do web searches for interesting low fat menus!

I did an STS this week -- but I'm OK with it. I wasn't exactly exercising the past 4 days being home with DH and his surgery. And I ate popcorn yesterday which is a no-no.
