Default I like the doctor's scale!!!

I went to the doctor for my annual exam and his scale had me down another 2 pounds since Friday!
I am not sure if the scale was wrong or if I actually lost another 2 pounds. I've had a good week so far.
I am going with the doctor's scale!

That means I am 2 pounds away from losing a total of 30 pounds!

This feels sooooo good!

Gotta love it when your scale and the Doctor's are so close! Even better that your Doctor's is lower than yours is!

I had the same experience last week (my doctor's and my scale were about half a pound apart). I was so worried that her scale would be 10 pounds higher than mine!!!

It's that outside verification that we're doing it properly and it truly is working! Hooray!

That's great news, especially since the doctor's scale can be so scary. The last time the doctor weighed me, I hadn't weighed myself in a while and wasn't prepared for the result. I shouted "Oh my God!" and when the nurse saw the horror on my face, she knocked off 5 pounds on my chart out of sympathy. That was a bit of a wake up call. Hopefully, my next doctor visit will be more pleasant, like yours. Keep up the great work!

GC-

That story cracked me up ... the fact that your nurse knocked off 5 lbs is really funny. Only funny in that way that I can SO relate. My Doctor said, "I know the scale is right, but if it makes any difference, you sure look like you don't weigh that". I laughed hard. Like thanks for the sympathy comment LOL

LOL!!!

That is funny! The nurse made me feel pretty good too because she started the scale at 150 thinking I would fall within 150-199. It starting laughing and said thank you - you just made my day.
Then nurse said - where do you keep it!

I've had a smile on my face all day!!! I could not concentrate at work!

Those words will be my motivation to get through The Biggest Loser workout tonight!
