I have been doing so good and people as starting to notice the weight loss. I have been able to wear a pair of jeans that I couldn't last year. Well, I did but they were tight and I had to use a rubber band to hold them together instead of button them. They really didn't look good enough to be wearing them then but I felt they did at the time. Anyway, Friday I sarted to eat everything in site. I didn't do too bad on the points b/c I punished myself for having Wendy's. I stopped counting from Friday until today. I just had a free for all over the weekend and yesterday. I mean I have eaten like this in months.
What in the world do you guys think happened. I am totally happy with WW and I am loving the results so why did I do that. I have added extra exericse in today and I will for the rest of the week. I guess my question is do I have to lok forward to doing this every so often? Has this happened to any of you?
