Default Oh This is REAAALLLLLLLLLY Strange!!

LOL what is happening to me? I went to get my hair cut and there was a big pile of magazines. While I was waiting I reached to grab one up... and what caught my eye was... are you ready for this? .... Cooking Light! (!!!!!!) I was reading it and found two wonderful sounding crockpot recipes. After the cut I went back and wrote down both of them LOL. That is NOT normally the magazine I would want to read first!!!

I actually love the Cooking Light magazine. I have found so many great recipes from it. Too bad the hubby is so darn picky. I don't cook from it that much because I hate cooking too much.

I love my crockpot and I miss it too. I moved back to Iowa from Vermont and had to store alot of stuff. Meaning my crockpot is in storage almost 1300 miles away. I can't wait to get it back. I love cooking in the crockpot. It's so easy and now you cook anything in it. I have found crockpot desserts. Never had the opportunity to try any, but I had some killer meatloaf. Yum.

Hi Annie

Oh hope you can get your crockpot back soon. I hadn't used one in years and was wanting one... when someone gave me a really nice one; she just wanted a bigger one! I am cooking meatloaf now but LOL I messed up... was supposed to dump the tomatoes on top and I mixed them in so it is all juicy and would not form into a loaf. I just dumped the whole thing into the crockpot and turned it on LOL. Will see what turns out. I was so disappointed as this recipe sounded really good.
