Default Everyone Weigh In 03/17/06

It's time to dance a calorie burning jig and see how we all did this week! Everyone is welcome to join this 3FC's general weigh in thead. Simply jump in whenever your official weigh in day rolls around.

Me:

198, up half a pound from last week. I'm on my weekly bloat, so I'm not at all concerned with this. Also, I've had a bit of trouble with my left knee again, so I'm taking a few days off from exercising to let myself heal up. Planning to get back on track on Monday. This is just a blip, and I'm sure next week will be good.

I lost....SIX POUNDS this week! I started working out since I was cleared by my doc, and that REALLY got the weight loss going again! I am now 272.5 lbs!

Way to go Cassie I LOST 2 POUNDS this week...for a nine pound total since deciding it was time to get the weight off....Really excited about only having 1 pound left to hit my FIRST 10 pound goal

down a pound this week. not an even 176, but i'm going to take it. i plan to work out very hard tonight at the gym and hopefully get some cardio in over the weekend to. hopefully that will even out that 176.

Knew the weight would stop melting off so quickly. I'm at 140 this week, 1/2 pound down after 3 weeks of 3 pound losses.

In the middle of the week, I made it down to 139, but went a little crazy with some margaritas and it didn't stay that low for long.

BUT! I can now officially start telling people that I've lost 10 pounds!

Next weigh in, I'll be fresh from my trip to NYC... hopefully I'll be stayin' strong through that

Down to 235.5 as of this afternoon. I was 237.5 last week so 2 pounds down and I haven't been this low since two years ago!

I am down another pound I am at 163, I am pretty happy about it. I was stuck at 172 for 3 months, and now it is falling off again.

Lost 7 pounds this week! WOW!
I think the last weigh in I was holding onto some water or something because it only showed a 2 pound loss of 2 weeks. This week I must of gotten rid of that water. What ever happened, I'll take it!
Only 3 pounds left to my 10% goal!
