198, up half a pound from last week. I'm on my weekly bloat, so I'm not at all concerned with this. Also, I've had a bit of trouble with my left knee again, so I'm taking a few days off from exercising to let myself heal up. Planning to get back on track on Monday. This is just a blip, and I'm sure next week will be good.
I lost....SIX POUNDS this week! I started working out since I was cleared by my doc, and that REALLY got the weight loss going again! I am now 272.5 lbs!
Way to go Cassie I LOST 2 POUNDS this week...for a nine pound total since deciding it was time to get the weight off....Really excited about only having 1 pound left to hit my FIRST 10 pound goal
down a pound this week. not an even 176, but i'm going to take it. i plan to work out very hard tonight at the gym and hopefully get some cardio in over the weekend to. hopefully that will even out that 176.
Lost 7 pounds this week! WOW!
I think the last weigh in I was holding onto some water or something because it only showed a 2 pound loss of 2 weeks. This week I must of gotten rid of that water. What ever happened, I'll take it!
Only 3 pounds left to my 10% goal!
