Lunch: Broiled sirloin steak and roasted mixed veggies (red pepper, squash, zucchini, and red onion) with ICBINB light (2 points)
Snack: FF cottage cheese and Del Monte Fruit Naturals peaches drained of juice
Dinner: Double serving of Farina made with skim, spenda and ICBINB light (2 points)
Snack: Popcorn with smart balance (2 points)
