Smile Much ado about Yogurt

Hello-I just have one quick question about Yogurt...couldn't find any threads re this question. I am at the end of Phase 1 and found a recipe that asked for Non-fat plain yogurt. Went to the store and compared Low fat plain yogurt with non-fat and was surprised to see that the non-fat had more carbs/sugar?? Is it OK to use the Low fat?? I bought the low fat but I am afraid to use it?
Thanks in advance...

yep, isn't eye opening when you start to read the labels! on phase 2 look for
artificially sweetened non-fat flavored yogurt (limit to 4 ounces daily and avoid varieties that contain high fructose corn syrup)... Look for ones that have no added sugar and no fat... Our resident expert Barb likes Blue Bunny lite 85, others like Dannon lite. and fit, some like plain non fat yogart that they add SF jello to or a spoonful of SF jelly to flavor it. SB isn't about low carbs. SB is about healthy carbs so don't worry about the "high" carb count.. . What you want in yogurt is no sugar added. The milk that yogurt is made from has natural sugar (lactose) which is ok.

If I'm not mistaken, I believe Dr. A raised the amount to 6 oz since most yogurt comes in that amount.
