I was just curious if there are any other Somersizers out there on 3FC. I have lost over 20 pounds, fell off the wagon at the Holidays, but I'm back on my feet again-need all the support I can get!
I do think there is a forum here some where for Sommersizing I know we had one at one time. If you want to stick around here that is great we can try to help for that particualr diet moral support and all.
I read the Somersizing book, so I know a little about it. I've never tried to do it, but I thought the spinach salad recipe she had listed in her book was wonderful! I use it on Atkins.
