??goal weights??
I'm starting over again, though did a big backslide this week. I'm 6'4", 250lbs I'm pressed on what my goal weight really should be - I've often used the excuse I'm not on the charts, so well? Women arent supposed to be this tall, so who's to say what they should weigh?
People don't just gawk and make rude comments when you're overweight - they also make you feel like you belong in a freak show when you are all overly tall. Put the two together and oh joy!
WW says a goal of 190 - just doesnt seem realistic to me! anyone have a link for height/weight charts. Maybe on this site - I'm just not seeing it!
