I have just gone for a walk at lunch time today. It's so nice out there. Not cold at all. Snow is melting! I hadn't gone walking since winter began. It feels great to go out there and exercise. I'm now ready to finish the rest of my day sitting at the computer.
I am proud of myself for going out there! If tomorrow is another nice day, I'll go again!
Sounds great -- a good way to get in some steps and relieve stress.
It's not warm enough here today to get me outside. The past 2 days were absolutely gorgeous and today is back to chilly. The Denver Zoo normally sees about 200-300 people a day during the week. On Monday when it was 73, they had a little over 3,900 show up.
It was yucky and rainy here for a while, and we have this storm that keeps trying to blow, but the days have been pretty nice. It's good to get the kids out and let them run off some steam.
Well, I have no excuse (weather excuses that is) it is so beautiful here in Florida right now, in the high 70's and not a cloud in the sky. However we do need rain down here so you all could send some our way.
Yes, it's hard when the children can't get outside and play.....those cold, snowy or rainy days are very very long days for the Mothers!!!
I am still going to my exercise place 3 x's a week and loving it. I haven't lost an ounce but it is such a stress reducer for me right now with all the drama in my life. I leave there feeling so much better and more energetic and walking outside can have the same feeling, keep it up ladies.
