Hello to all! I'm a 25 year old mom to a two year old and just started my SBD today.....I would love to have some advice and words of wisdom from you. I have some personal issues going on at home with an unsupportive hubby, so my support system is rather scarce! Happy Dieting!
Good Luck on your weight loss. I think a lot of us can relate to the fact that losing weight is sometimes more difficult when you have personal issues to work through.

Welcome and Good Luck! I was,sadly, unsuccessful with SB, but my husband has a workmate that has lost 70 pounds so far on it. It certainly can work, and I wish you loads of success!

Hi, Know what it's like not to have a suportive hubby, But hopefully you have other family or friends to help. support is important. My sister is really helping me. We are helping each other, And there is lots of support on here. I also live on the missouri side. Good luck!!!
