Talking NSV Hooray!!!!

Okay ladies... here's the scoop...

My lunch today was supposed to be a lean couisine. Turns out... this was one of the nastiest lean couisines I've ever had. I just couldn't eat it. So I picked out the chicken and that wasn't going to be enough to fill me up. My mom was getting a cheese burger... and she said I could have half... big no no and an even bigger uh oh. I'm not good with turning things down... but this time I did!

Now, I was still hungry because of the minimal amount of chicken in my lean couisine. So I went to the deli... the deli has soda's and candy and all of these fatty foods. What did I get? I got half of a tuna sandwhich with lettuce and some sunflower seeds to munch on for a snack (because I didn't bring a snack with me today). I know a tuna sandwhich isn't THAT good.. but half of a tuna sandwhich is deffinately better than half of a cheeseburger, don't you think?

I'm just really proud of myself because I can never usually turn things down... and especially then to turn around and get something healthy for myself is an even greater accomplishment.

Wonderful choices!! I'll bet you are feeling terrific and you should. It's hard to stick with the diet in those situations. BRAVO TO YOU!!

You should be really proud of yourself. I know how hard it is to turn down a cheeseburger (don't know if I would of been able to). good job!

You did a great job all around! Turning down the cheeseburger, then going into the deli *while you were hungry* and still making wonderful choices. Excellent!
