I have been breast-feeding non-stop for four years now.

Today is my oldest daughter's birthday!

I'll post a couple from today later on; it's actually still the 28th here, not the first, and she's in bed.

I set out planning to nurse her for a year. I wound up going for nearly three. I nursed her through my pregnancy with Linda and nursed them both together. She's the one they gave formula too, so she's the one I had the most problems nursing. But we worked 'em out.

That is awesome you've done it 4 years straight. I know they gave me awesome stats that the more a woman BF in her life the more her chances go down for certain diseases and cancer.

I dunno what the record is. I know a woman on another site had a large number of kids & said she'd been nursing the better part of like 12 or 15 years!

Here's one of her from this morning:

We went to Hanai Bear, one of those places where you stuff your own toy. She named hers Kitty. (Yes, it's a cat.)

She's old enough now that she knows what her birthday is. It's funny. She woke me up at seven thirty this morning to ask if it was her birthday yet.

She's adorable!!! I'll have to post a picture of my little girl, they look very similar! (Maybe it's the blonde hair and princess crown, LOL)
