Talking Take that evil scale!

I just wanted to check in and see how everyone is doing with their new way of eating! I absolutely love this diet. I'm now on Wave 2 and I had a half orange for dessert today and it was the sweetest most delicious thing ever! Haven't had a craving for a cookie yet (and I had to go to a family function on Saturday - I'm sure you guys know what THAT's like!).

I've already "lost" 13.2 lbs. (although I don't really miss them that much) and dropped 1 size in my jeans Pretty much the losing is keeping me really motivated! I just wanted to tell you guys that if you're struggling, just keep going because it will get better and you'll feel 200% better when you start seeing results!

I hopped on the scale yesterday, just to see if there had been any movement at all, and I'm down maybe half a pound. So, this is accomplishing what I was after, a kick start off my plateau. But more importantly, I feel great, like I did six months ago when I first started exercising. My complexion definitely reflects a difference, as I've always had icky skin (red, prone to breakouts), and it's "calmed down" nicely.
