I just wanted to check in and see how everyone is doing with their new way of eating! I absolutely love this diet. I'm now on Wave 2 and I had a half orange for dessert today and it was the sweetest most delicious thing ever! Haven't had a craving for a cookie yet (and I had to go to a family function on Saturday - I'm sure you guys know what THAT's like!).
I've already "lost" 13.2 lbs. (although I don't really miss them that much) and dropped 1 size in my jeans

Pretty much the losing is keeping me really motivated! I just wanted to tell you guys that if you're struggling, just keep going because it will get better and you'll feel 200% better when you start seeing results!
