I am breastfeeding a 3 1/2 month old. I cannot eat any dairy, soy, eggs, chocolate or citrus. I'm finding a REALLY hard time finding recipes that I can use Can anyone help me out please.

Can you eat wheat/gluten? We love seitan around here. There is a very good seitan recipe at http://www.theppk.com/ - we use seitan in lots of recipes. Unfortunately we eat a good amount of tofu/soy around these parts so I can't help too much.
