Default Some NSV's for me too....

I guess like another thread that said good things come in 3's, i have 3 things I am proud of.

1) I am fitting into my pants better. (I have dropped 16 pounds and even though I am not down a size, I do notice my waist bands are not cutting into me anymore)

2) I measured last night, and although I don't see any changes in most of my body, my thighs were down half an inch. so that made me very happy. maybe my jogging is paying off.

3) I finally put the scales away. Out of sight, out of mind. Right??? I am only dragging it out on Fridays for weigh in's here. Otherwise, I am just stressing over the numbers every day.

So, yay for me!!

Thumbs up good progress

How long has it taken you to lose the 16?

I was jogging but have stopped for some reason or another, I need to start doing it regularly again. In the 2 months I was jogging though, I did lose most of the jiggle in my thighs and legs.

well, i lost the first ten pounds in september and october of last year. then i started back up jan. 10th, and have dropped another six. i have just recently started jogging about 2 weeks ago. so, i haven't been jogging very long. but i am definately going to keep at it, because i know i will see some great results if i do. my butt was literally hurting this weekend when i was sitting on it. not like too painful sitting on it, but you know, i mean i could feel that i had worked it out the day before.
