Me: 200.5, same as last week. Which is actually sorta a victory, given that I started Monday weighing in at 205. I stuck to my diet and exercise pretty well this week, and am pretty sure I'm looking at my usual monthly bloat. I'm really, really curious to see where I will stand next week, though.
I dropped down one pound today! Yay. I went out jogging this morning and walking, and when i got back home later this morning, after my shower, i decided to jump on the scale for the weigh in today and i was down a pound. I was sooooo happy. now, one pound left to go and i will be in the 170's range. I can't wait for that!!!
Started the first week at 188 (smartly started on the same day as TOM!) Between being the first week and end of TOM, as of this morning, I've gone down 2 pounds. Yea!
I'm still 192 (stuck here for a month). At least the three pounds I gained earlier in the week came off! I had a major bloating episode after a plane trip to BC. It's funny how I retain water when I fly someplace.
I am new here and just lost 3.5 pounds my first week at WW. It's not as hard as I thought it would be.
ANYONE KNOW...how can I come into Forums and look up where I posted to see if someone relplied to me??? Thanks and it's so nice to be with other "loser"
