There are lot of people here who are working on losing 100+ pounds (in fact, there's a thread about this on the first page!

). I've lost over 100 pounds and have less than 20 more to go.
Like you, my doctor recommended SBD...I can't tell you what a change it's made in my life!

Before you start, make sure you reread the book and check our updated food lists (a lot is different from the hardbound, though the paperback is much more up to date, it still doesn't have the latest...but we do!

), plan out your meals, do a big shop for SBD foods, and clear you house/kitchen of anything not on plan. You'll thank yourself later for prepping ahead of time!
