I can't believe I did the whole thing! NSV + questions
Yesterday I decided to dust off an old Richard Simmons DVD, Sweatin' to the Oldies 3. I thought I could maybe get through half an hour of it, as that was what I could do the last time I tried (about 4 years ago, hahaha). But somehow, I managed to get through the entire 55 minutes! It felt pretty good, but I actually felt like I didn't work hard enough! I'm going to try the other two DVDs this week to see if they're any harder. If not, I may have to invest in some new aerobics tapes! Still, 55 minutes of aerobics... that's a first for me!
And even after all the work and (relatively) good eating, I still can't drop below 172. I think maybe I need to cut back on my sodium, maybe I'm retaining water? I have been drinking quite a bit of water, though... 60+ ounces every day. To see exactly what I've been eating, take a look at my weight-loss journal (in my signature).
