so you girls all got me hooked watching The Biggest Loser (like I needed another reality show to be hooked on

). While i watched the season finale-yay red!!, they kept mentioning their "club" and of course I was intrigued b/c they do so great on hte show.
So I joined their site to see what types of recipes/diets/exercises etc they do. First let me say this, I will def be cancelling on Monday (still in the cancel free period). That was pretty much my intention anyway unless it was so awesome I couldn't stand it. But it's not, it's fine but not better that 3FC!!
Their diet plans while healthy are so NOT SBD, at least not til maybe phase 2.5-3. I did print off the exercise plan b/c it can never hurt to have another workout regimen. And there were very few recipes and nothing really peaked my interest. So if you were wondering too, don't bother...
