Most important imo is to eat every 2 1/2 - 3 waking hrs. Eat within 1 hr of waking up. I don't know if you want to eat just before you take a nap longer than 20 minutes because your metabolism slows way down when you are sleeping. If you are gonna be up - you need to eat. If you have to eat before you go to sleep, have oatmeal or cottage cheese because it metabolizes very slow. Also maybe break your one of your meals into 200 cal snacks if you need to but remember to keep it balanced.
Most importantly, listen to your body. It will let you know what it needs.
