Exclamation February weigh in/weight loss

Better late than never... why isn't there a current weight loss/gain/weigh in thread?

ooh btw

I lost 5 pounds! I had to try hard this week so my backache would mostly go away and it has yay! I refuse to put my weight though as I was back up to pretty much my heaviest.

A bit belated because I haven't had time to get on here but well done Veggie!

I lost 3.5lbs today - I didn't really feel I deserved it this week, but I'm not complaining! I'm particularly pleased as it puts me back on track for my goal of 8lbs loss during Feb as I lost half a pound last week.

2lbs per week should be easy when I'm only a month in and have a such a lot of weight to lose, but I must confess I seem to be finding it harder than ever this time around. If I have a social event & go off the rails; it takes days to get back on track. My willpower is virtually non-existent! Oh well; hopefully as the weight comes off I'll be spurred on to stick to it a little better! I know I can't keep cheating & getting away with it forever, that's for sure!

Minus 2lb Yahoooooo!

Well I said to the SW lady that I intended to go for a 2lb loss and I did! I have to behave this week as I said the same thing for next Tuesday. Should be easier as I am not going to the Thai restaurant and do not have my book club to attend (mostly drinking wine and eating with about a 2 minute chat on the book we were supposed to read! Highbrow it is not!).
