Breakfast: oatmeal w/applesauce and ffmilk
snacks: hardboiled eggwhites
lunch: tomato soup made w/ff milk
snack: diet cocoa made w/ffmilk
snack: red pepper strips and celery and bean dip?
dinner: salad and chicken
snack: popcorn if needed
