Yes, Laurie I notice that also. When I am being very good on the diet I will get hungry but then I can't eat as much........which is "a very good thing".

OMG - when I was in college - I could and would routinely down 4 -5 pieces of pizza - not little ones - corner-pizzaria size ones... disgusting.

I restrict myself to one piece and then fill up on salad now - but only on a Sunday (my WI day) so I have time to recoup for the next week, LOL... TOo much salt in pizza!

Ooh, pizza. Have you tried the WW pizzas? We occasionally make them as a pre-dinner snack to share when we get home late and still go for the homecooked meal. They are very filling!

Daisy - you could only eat 4 or 5 pieces? I could eat an entire large Pizza Hut thin & crispy -- but I only ate cheese -- and double cheese at that!

I find the same thing now. I can't have pizza any more, but I routinely have to split my omelet in half that the cafeteria at work makes for breakfast and eat it over 2 days.

Since I eat heavy protein and only get carbs from fruits/veggies mostly, I also find I get full fast and stay that way -- I rarely get hungry any more.

Daisy - the South Beach pizzas are better than Weight Watchers - or so I thought.

I can tell then I get satisfied more quickly on less food. BUT, I can not say that I have any problem getting my regular amounts of food down!

Yes - just last night. Serenity and I went to dinner. I ordered chicken. They gave me 3 pieces, I was full on 1.
