Default Did i REALLY do that?

OMG, i went to the gym today and did 50 mins of cardio (bike).. omg it felt so good.. such a long way from getting tired after 5 mins LOL

Good for you! I also have a problem with remaining on a cardio machine for very long. I get bored. I just have to blare my music on my headphones and try not to look at the timer. However, I'm constantly peeking

A lot of times I do the bike with a novel to help the time go by, but I don't sweat as much cause I don't think I am pusing myself as hard as I should.

I had one of those moments today! on the treadmill i managed to run for 5 continuous minutes - small potatoes to some, but it was huge for me!
