That's a great photo.

One thing to remember -- if you have muscle in your body, you will burn between 40 and 50 calories for each lb of muscle you have. Whereas you will only burn 2 calories at rest of every lb of fat you have. That's a huge difference to your metabolism.

A metabolic specialist MD says that you should think of muscle as your body's workhorse and the fat as just a big slug.
