Way to go Daisy!
Nothing special going on here today. Some more laundry and getting ready for Mexico. Hopefully I can get caught up on sleep while I'm there - I am so beat! I did get a little nap in yesterday when the babies went down, and hoping to today!
We had two BEAUTIFUL days Monday and Tuesday - back to "normal" yesterday. They said the rain would move in in the afternoon. It did. At 12:01! LOL!
I am so excited! My lil sis has an ultrasound today. She had a few miscarriages - this is her 4th pregnancy since last June. She is almost 20 weeks along now and feeling the baby move lots. So I get find out if its a blue or a pink baby!
My shirts came in the mail yesterday. Love them! Now I am ready for Mexico! It was 87 degrees there yesterday MMMMMMMMMMMM!!!!!

Daisy good on the 1 lb., I got on the scales and down 1.5 lbs from the 2 I had put on so most of it was water. Just need to get driniking all the water back in today.
Did my 30 min. at Workout Express yesterday and will do it again on Friday, can feel it in my legs this a.m. but hey that's "a good thing".
My day off today so I will spend it cleaning and doing laundry so I guess I better get busy.....pretty here today high 72 and sunny, might try to squeeze in a long walk with the dog.
Anita, do you have before pictures out there? You look so lovely.
Donna, your trip sounds wonderful and so does 80+ degrees! I'm freezing today.
Daisy, at the time you were on posting, I was in the shower! I usually don't get to my desk until closer to 9:00. Way to go on the loss!
I'm having sort of a bad day. I've been feeling kind of tired lately and just generally run down. Well, I was playing around on the internet today and I found out that I got seriously glutened last month. I was really off plan over Christmas and I ate a bunch of Hershey's miniatures. The full size bars are gluten free, but the minis are not. Plus I found a few other things I've been eating are no longer considered gluten free - like Lay's potato chips. There goes my chips -- I can consider myself allergic to them now. That will keep me from eating them. I don't deliberately eat anything I know has gluten.
So, I'm going to start eating only natural, unprocessed foods -- fruits, veggies, nuts/seeds, meat, potatoes, brown rice, corn and see if I feel better. Should help the weight loss too! No more packaged foods for me for a while.
Someone on one of the other boards I post on put this out there and I thought it was way too funny and had to share:

Daisy-- Congrats on your 1lb. You will probably get another lb off by weigh in. Good Job! I weighed myself yesterday and I lost the pound that I gained from the TOM and I have also lost another one. I guess you could say that I am down 2 so far. We are all working so hard and doing well.

Great for you Daisy you are really doing well...I stepped ont he scale this am and was down anoher 2 lbs...we will see if it stays down!!

today has been just like the rest...same ol same ol...I had a LC pizza and salad for lunch it was yummy.
Prolly but it's not "public" nobody there ('cept family) I know. And it's a style with a skirt on it. The one I wanna get for summer doesn't. I got the CUTEST! halter top for my trip! I've never worn one before and I love it! Still feel half naked but I'll get used to it

I am exhausted...worked 12-14 hours the last two days on my feet.....
On track with eating, but relaxing with a glass of red wine...or TWO
Sometimes at work I cannot keep on track but the last two were Ok....Well my wonderful DH is putting out oldest to sleep...the best! So I am off to chill and watch CSI. Will catch up tomorrow when i am not so tired!
