Arrow How to Drink Alcohol on the 3 Hour Diet!

I was looking through my files and came across this from the JC website:

How to drink alcohol with the 3 hour diet:

Option A: If you feel like having a drink with your dinner in the evening make it your treat but make sure it fits the program. Some ideas:
1. Make a 3 hour approved wine spriter.
2. Make a 3 hour approvaed cocktail such as seven & seven with diet soda or rum and coke in place og your evening treat. These two are slightly over 50 cals but close enough for a thumbs up.

Option B: If you want to drink more offered in option A the use these 3 steps:

Step 1: Set your drink count before you go out
Step 2: Burn the cals before you head out you have to burn extra cals in anticipation of consuming extra cals.
Step 3: Enjoy yourself

Margaritas have 340 cal and cosmopolitans have 250 cals
Red or white wine has 100 cals in a 5 oz serving
Lite beer has about 110 cals in 12 ozs
1oz of hard liquor has about 60 cals plus the cals of what ever you mix it with.

Anita,
I found this early on...my husband is a wine specialist/salesman and we entertain often....JC says for every galss of wine walk briskly 3.5mph...often times on the weekends...I am out for a LONG stroll....

Excellent! TY!!! I really really love to have wine with dinner and I no longer have a treat on a regular basis. This is nice.
