Hi, i'm new here only been on a few times but welcome, hope to support and be supported too. i will weigh in tonight for the first time in a year, hope i have lost a little as i have been following the points program for a month on my own!!! and getting in 1 hr-18 miles 5 days a week on the stationary bike to. so we will see. keep up the good work and welcome again.
