I noticed this veggie at the grocery store the other day. I'm always on the lookout for new and unusual veggies.

Has anyone ever tried it? If so, what does it taste like and how do you cook it?

All I could find out so far is that it's also sometimes called cassava or manioc and is eaten in South America and Africa.
