How did it get to be Thursday already? Egads! I want to make good use of my time.
Today I'm starting out with a 20min. yoga routine.
Breakfast: oatmeal w/ffmilk and applesauce
Lunch: egg salad on Lite Eng. Muffin (1 pt)
dinner: WW's Simple Shepherd Pie recipe (I'll check for points when I make it, but I think I can make it Core)
snack: fruit and popcorn--I need to get to the store again.
