Hi Everyone.....I thought I would post before I go to bed.....it is after midnight in some places.

I bought a new light this week.....it is called a Go Lite.....I got it at Costco. It has blue lights.....it is portable & small. I noticed a big difference on the 2nd day that I used it.....I have felt good for the last 3 days....before that I haven't felt good since November.....the good thing about it.....it is small.....so I can take it with me when I go visit my kids at the end of the month.

I did not get up again this morning to exercise before work. I think I'm gonna need somebody to come kick my lazy behind out of bed tomorrow morning any volunteers?

Well I've got to try to get thru some of this paperwork.

April !!! nice to see you. I'm so glad the light is working for you. I'm thinking of getting one and keeping it at work since I seem to be down while I'm here, more so in the morning. Was it expensive?

Cathy Cathy Cathy.... Far beith from me to kick your butt to get up early and work out. Shoot, I have been dreadmilling it at night when I get home. I just can't get up earlier than 4:30 to exercise. I don't know how LindaT does it. She has my respect I tell yah. All I can say is try lady, try. HUGS !!!

I hope that everyone is doing well. I am feeling achey and shivery today..ugh. I just want to cuddle up but my daughters want me to sew with them. This weather stinks!

Snoopy, sorry to hear that you're not feeling great. I hate being cold. Makes me so tired and usually gives me a headache. winter weather does stink. I love spring and summer - look it's just around the corner - we can make it.

Leenie - I'm with you. I can't get up early to exercise. I will exercise in the mornings on weekends, but only after I've gotten up an hour later than usual. Never will I get up to get out of bed before I'd normally get up for work. Just doesn't seem quite right.

April, you're light sounds great. I just pulled mine out from it's carrying case and turned it on. A little later than usual but still better than not at all. I love the lightbox. Is the blue light new and more theraeutic?

Cathy, I'd be glad to get you up but someone would have to push my tired butt out of bed to get you up. good luck with the paperwork.

Well, DS#2 is on a flight to Texas for basic training. YEAH!!!!!!! I'm doing the happy dance. I'm hoping the military will alter his selfish approach to life but if not, they're giving me a 10 month break from it. I suppose I'm supposed to be sad but alas, I'm a happy gal!!!!!

Well, back to work for me. I'll chat with you all later. Both Saturday and Sunday I wrote posts and the computer gremlins ate them when I hit submit. Oh well, just wanted to let you know that I had been thinking of you all.

I tried to post this afternoon....but it wouldn't let me.....but it will now.

Today is the 4th day since I started to feel good....using the Go Lite....the one with blue lights.....I just finished swiffering my floors....it took 37 minutes....I even worked up a sweat....when I felt bad....I hardly did anything....except clean up the kitchen....cook some nights....not every night though....sometimes making the bed....I would have no energy....so this is good.

Leenie....this Go Lite is differnt....it is portable & small....it has blue lights....I got it at Costco....it was $176.99 Canadian.

Marie....I think the Go Lite with the blue lights works better than my regular light box.....I debated buying it....because of the cost....I used a $50 gift certificate for Costco....that I got for Christmas....to help with the cost.

Hi Cathy....I am so glad this light is heping....every winter since 2001....I haven't done very well....even with a high dose of antidepressants & the light box.....so I do hope it continues.

I went to post this message....it said to lenghten it by at least 1 charachter....but it is more...lol.
It still says to langthen it by 1 post....what is this?
Now I don't know what to do?....will try again..

The treadmill is a hit here at home with hubby and dd14, I have yet to set foot on it......but I have a feeling it may be soon!
