Just had to share nothing huge, But i went ahead and weighed myself this morning I was going to wait until next monday since i just started this last monday but I am down 3lbs I was at 242 now im out of the 40's and in the 30's ! I know the scales aren't that accurate but it defintelty has given me some hope! so im down 6lbs total since the start of the year and 3lbs in a week whoo hoo.. i'll keep going harder!
