Default Whats for dinner?

I am doing some chicken in my rotisserie with some veggies. I really wanted to try this recipe with brussel sprouts but the brussel sprouts looked horrible at the grocery store. So whats everyone else having?!? I tried a new little snack today. Its by Special K, each pack is only 90 calories its called Special K Snack bites, they are really good! I tried the strawberry. YUMMY! Any other new finds out there?

I'm having Kashi for Good Friends, Blueberries, and milk (fat free half and half). I need some comfort food.

We are going to a friends house and she is making stew. Not sure what kind but I will have to watch my portions!!!

We are having left over chicken pot pie that I made with all low fat, low everything I could find. I am going to let Dr. Daisy figure out the calories and other counts for me so I can eat the right portions next time I make it.

Let me at it, Phyllis, LOL... I am such a geek - I love doing that stuff!

So I went to that Chinese restaurant and did okay - tonight I am having not enough protein but otherwise eating okay. So not OP today but not terrible eating altogether.

Back OP tomorrow...

Dh is buying me a very cool scale this week - I am psyched...

Make sure you push that water Dr. D, after you ate chinese you need to wash that salt and other stuff out!
