I have no clue what I will have, I will be eating around 2pmEST and lord knows what I will have. Wish I could have a personal chef or something? Wonder if Oprah will lend me hers for a few days??!?
Yeah - for a price... I always say I would take a chef over a claening lady any day of the week, LOL...
I am having some bean souop and Ak Mak crackers. There are a ton of veggies in this soup - and like 9 grams of protein... It looks really good. Lots of water today... I am really hoping for a loss tomorrow... even one measely pound... I'll take what I can get, LOL...
I made some chicken salad...will have a third of it...(8 oz chicken breast meat 3 T light miracle Whip, pickles, onions, and celery I reallly wanted to use only 2 T but it was soooo dry!!!) What do you think Dr Daisy? is it on program or not? I have a little ww pita pocket to put it in and will have an orange at 1 pm Gotta catch up with my water...don't do as well on the weekends as I do at work...
Sounds good - the 8 oz of chicken is nearly 3 oz when divided into three... the miracle whip should cover your fat. the pita is your carb. The only thing - maybe you could have a side of green beans or something? I THINK you will need more veggies?
You guys with the Dr. Daisy thing - you're killin' me, LOL... I am not an expert... But I DID stay at a Holiday Inn Express last night (JK - LOL).
I at lunch at 1:00. I got a supreme taco salad from Wendy's. This was in the JC book to have for lunch. It was pretty good, but it didn't have meat on it. They did put an order of chili in there and I didn't order it, so I am wondering if that is what I was supposed to use for the meat. If so, that doesn't sound really good.
so Lynn, are you making these meals from the book or do you get them already made at the grocery? How are the recipes in the book? I am still waiting for my copy I am 14th in line for the library...My husband is from Jordan so I am really interested in this diet...
I got this lunch stuff at my local Amish farmer's market. There's a stand with GREAT Greek food there. However, I do usually make my own hummus. This week has just been too crazy.
