Weary Wednesday Menu - Jan 11
Okay here goes:
Breakfast: 2 pkg oatmeal, decaf w/light cream
Lunch: chicken breast, roast potatoes, mixed frozen veggies
yogurt
Snack: cherries
dinner: well since I did not cook it last night: minute steak, stir fried onions/mushrooms/peppers/zucchini, baked squash
Snack: decaf nf cappuccino

Oh okay. I'll go ahead and post mine -- but newbies/lurkers should know this is mainly Core, mostly SugarBusters, and within my Flex points range.
B: 1/2 PB sandwich with SF WhWh bread, 1 T. Simply Jif PB
S: Laughing Cow light wedge; natural applesauce
L: tuna salad with tuna, onion, boiled egg, Splenda relish, FF MW
S: 6 Triscuits, swiss cheese, deviled egg
D: Gorton's blackened cajun fish filet, steamed broccoli, milk

What an apt title! I feel weary already.
Breakfast: Can't stand another bowl of oatmeal. Shredded wheat and bran with skim, splenda, and a banana
Lunch: Eggbeater omelet with FF american cheese and ketchup
Snack: FF cottage cheese with pineapple
Dinner: Mixed baby greens with tomato, mushroom, homemade FF thousand island; Pork Chop on the GF grill, Oven fries made with good oil, 1/2 cup homemade chunky applesauce
Snack: ?
