Default How has this plan worked for you?

I just picked up the book today and I am curious to hear peoples experiances with the book! It sounds like a great plan so far!

Personally, I love this plan! It is very doable and flexible. Plus, it stresses getting a support system which I really believe is key! I think I would have quit a long time ago if it was not for the online support here and at the 3 hour diet site.

It has gotten me to eat breakfast and lunch. I had become a late night eater who never ate breakfast and routinely skipped lunch. I feel healthier just eating right and my mood swings and alertness are on track. I couldn't believe I lost weight by eating more. Give it a try! Good luck!

Definitely give it a try. The fact that you get to eat every three hours, that is great. Eating every three hours keeps me from starving and pigging out.

It really helps me with portion control and making sure I get all the right elments of a meal in like the right amouth of proteins, carbs, fat, fruit etc.....instead of just me eating a ton of one food! It really does work.

This is actually my 2nd time starting, I started it last year lost 26 lbs then went on vacation and had a heck of a time staying OP and well needless to say it went down hill from there!

This is the ONLY thing that has ever workedfor me. I can stop the plan for a week or so and I don't gain weight back drastcally. I just Stay the Same (STS) and I like that.

I also have a realization of what I eat, when I eat, and how much of what I am going to eat. It took a while to get used to. And breaking through plateaus has been difficult for me. I plateau very easily. ( I am still in one now. ) BUT I do lose. I started last April and I am not giving up.

When you start, focus on planning your meals, water intake, and activity level. If you get those three elements down, then watch out those pounds will melt away!
