You should be eating at least 4 1/2 cups of veggies each day, plus at least 64 fl ozs of water (just water - not tea or diet soda or whatever - those shouldn't count towards your water). The water can be hard at first, but as you detox, you may find it tastes better and better to you. If the water in your area just plain tastes lousy, try bottled. Like Ruth said, post what you've been eating with quantities, if you'd like our comments. Sometimes people just starting the SBD have a "dieting" mentality that causes them to not consume enough calories, which can hold back weight loss.
