Default hi, I'm new

HI, my name is Bonnie and I'm new to this forum and new to the three hour diet. I have been on the 3 hour diet for two weeks now and I've lost about 41/2 pounds. I love how I have so many different food choices, but I do have one question in the book under lunch and dinner fast food options it says anthing fresco style for taco bell but is that one item or two items that I'm allowed? If someone could help me with that it would be great. I'm also hoping to be able to give and get support to stay on the diet. I always lose my motivation so fast.
Well hope to make some online friends also.
talk to ya'll soon.
Bonnie

Hi Bonnie, good to have you joining us and seeing your progress of 2 weeks

I don't know the answer to your question either, can you find out the calories in it? 400 calories maybe 2 if their small and remember to count the fat.

We will be starting a weight loss challenge the first of the year to help everyone get moving again......hope you'll join us.

Hi Bonnie

You could go online and check out the Taco Bell menu and calorie count(www.tacobell.com)...I believe I read that you should also have a salad or piece of fruit to round out the meal.

Hope we can give you all the support and friendship you are looking for!!!
You've got a great start already!!! Keep up the good work!

Thank you all so much for the advice, I will look online at taco bell and check out there menu. I'm so happy to have found a website for women who are losing weight. My starting weight was 184lbs. and I hope to get down to 150lbs, by april 9th our 1 year wedding aniversary. Me and my husband would like to start trying to get pregnant in april and I would like to be thinner by that time.I heard that people with weight problems can sometimes find it harder to get pregnant. Thanks again for the warm welcome and the support, talk to you all again soon.
