Smile Merry Monday Menu, December 19

SF Menu--on a core vacation (just wanted to go ahead and post since I won't be around tomorrow)

b: sf bar
l: sf bar, half ham sandwich, fruit cup
d: core chicken fried rice

Breakfast: banana, Triscuits

Lunch: sandwich with WhWh bread, turkey and swiss cheese, milk

Dinner: Peptol Bismol smoothie

The Plan:

Breakfast: oatmeal w/splenda, decaf w/light cream

Snack: probiotic apple muesli yogurt

Lunch: mixed greens salad w/grilled balsamic chicken breast slices, japanese dressing
1 apple

Snack: baby carrots w/dip, and/or tangerines

Dinner: grilled top sirloin steak, 1/2 sweet baked potato, broccoli

Snack: cereal and milk if hungry!

Lunch: Farina made with skim, smart balance and splenda

Snack: tangerine

Dinner: FF turkey sandwhich on french baquette; FF chicken noodle sandwhich

Snack: Maybe popcorn

i'm changing my afternoon snack. here's what i'm having:

s--1/2 banana, 3/4 c blueberries, 4 oz ff yogurt
also at lunch i did not have 1/2 banana. but i did have 1 slice ff cheese.
